Celine Dion I'm told are second to none.
Female Singer - Liza Starlight
I appeared locally as a solo female singer on Owen Money's television show "A night out with Money" in 1998, and the Owen Money Radio Show with Christopher Biggins. I have toured extensively throughout the UK, singing with Dame Shirley Bassey's musical director and worked alongside the comedian Jethro (requested by him in his own club in Devon). In America I worked with Dennis Bryon, (THE drummer with the Bee Gees).
I sang alongside Mr Peter Karrie at Maesteg Hall, and had the pleasure of working with Craig Douglas (1960's Icon).
I performed in front of 22,000 people as a solo
female singer with the groups Jefferson Starship and Loverboy, and also toured in Spain.
My recordings are played on Radio Wales regularly. I have been broadcast this past year on Celtica Radio (1million listeners in the last 12 months) with my original track called "Free to love again" written by songwriters from South Wales, Andy Martin & Derek Chamberlain. I have performed live broadcasts on Radio Wales with Chris Needs MBE as a solo female singer in Caldicot with the Caldicot male voice choir and with Owen Money & Allan Thompson in Cardiff. I was also featured in the "South Wales Echo" an article in the magazine "Pick me up", where the articles talked about my struggle with my health relating to my kidney transplants.
